Where can I find a personal debt consolidation loan for people with bad credit?

I have a 5yr old and I do not want him to suffer us loosing our home or car.

Is there a way to factor in student loan debt on a FAFSA?

Can debt collector leave messages on answering machine stating they are a debt collector?

Should I pay off my current student loan debt before going to grad school?

Or should I go to grad school…accrue more debt…get a higher paying job and then pay off the higher debt?
